If you get an error message (USB driver, .dll - file missing) when trying to start the Testor Lite 3G upgrade program,

please follow the steps below:


If the USB drivers has not been installed yet:


Follow the USB installation instructions in the Upgrade Guide:

If the USB drivers has been installed earlier and the Testor Lite is shown correctly in the device manager

(USB controller knot, shown as "LYNX Technik AG PTG1802"):

  1. Open your device manager
  2. Open the USB-Controller knot
  3. Right - click on "LYNX Technik AG PTG1802" and choose "de-install" and "delete drivers"
  4. Disconnect and reconnect the Testor USB cable to your PC or Laptop
  5. Follow the USB installation instructions in the Upgrade Guide:
