Yes, the OET15x0 and ODB1510-E do support Jumbo-Frames of up to 10kByte size.

As a general note (not just with respect to our own products):

Since there is no standard for “Jumbo Frames”, it is strongly recommend to verify the correct functionality with the specific setup.
