When using a OTX 1712, or OTX 1742 as a fiber transmitter and ORX1702 as receiver, the latency (from analog input to output) is EXACTLY 1 frame for sync signals.
For video signals (video content ON) it is less than one frame, but not frame aligned.
If video-content is ON (SDTV only) latency is about 180µs.
